What CapraCX collects
CapraCX collects the information you choose to share through this site, including your name, email address, company name, industry, service interest, and the details you include in a message.
CapraCX also receives basic technical information that websites normally collect, such as browser type, device information, IP address, and pages viewed. Some of that information is collected by hosting and analytics providers so the site can run properly and CapraCX can understand how it is being used.
How CapraCX uses information
CapraCX uses inquiry information to respond to consultation requests, understand what kind of help a business is looking for, and decide whether a project is a fit.
CapraCX also uses site and analytics information to keep the site running, improve page performance and content, and understand which services and guides are getting attention.
- Respond to contact form submissions and follow-up conversations
- Evaluate service fit, scope, and next steps
- Operate, secure, and improve the website
- Measure traffic and high-level site usage
Third-party services
CapraCX uses third-party providers to run parts of the site. Contact form submissions are processed through Web3Forms. Hosting, delivery, and site analytics are handled through Vercel and related infrastructure providers.
Those providers may process information on CapraCX's behalf so the site can function and inquiry messages can be delivered. Their own policies and terms apply to how they handle information inside their systems.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses standard website technologies and analytics tools to understand site usage and improve performance. CapraCX does not currently use a large ad-tech stack or a retargeting-heavy setup on this site.
If that changes in a meaningful way, this policy should be updated so the site reflects that more clearly.
Data retention and security
CapraCX keeps inquiry information for as long as it is reasonably useful for responding, quoting, providing services, maintaining business records, or handling follow-up questions.
CapraCX uses reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect information, but no website or email workflow can promise absolute security.
Your choices
If you want to ask what information CapraCX has about you, request a correction, or ask for information to be deleted where appropriate, reach out directly by email or phone.
If you do not want to share contact details through the form, do not submit the form. You can also choose not to use the site.
Updates to this policy
CapraCX may update this page from time to time as the business, site tooling, and legal setup evolve. The effective date at the top of the page should be updated when meaningful changes are made.
